The CALM Reset · Three months, one-on-one

You don't need another band-aid. You need someone to go looking.

Three months of root-cause care with me — proper testing, real appointments, and a plan built for the life you actually have. Not a protocol. Not a supplement bundle… an actual plan, with someone still paying attention in month three.

You've already tried the 15-minute version. It didn't touch it.

Another prescription. Another "everything looks normal." Another year of feeling like a fragment of yourself… while everyone acts like this is just what your forties are. It isn't. And you don't have to keep doing it this way.

What it is

Three months. One person. Your whole picture.

The CALM Reset is my three-month, one-on-one program for women who are done being managed and want to know the why. It follows the same path as everything I do — Uncover, Reset, Thrive — just with the time and the testing to do it properly.

01

Uncover

Your whole story first. Then advanced testing, where it's clinically appropriate for you, to investigate what may actually be contributing — thyroid, iron, blood sugar, inflammation, adrenal patterns, gut.

02

Reset

A personalized plan. Nutrition, targeted supplement support, sleep and stress work, and hormone therapy when it's clinically right for you. Sequenced so you're not doing fourteen new things on a Monday.

03

Thrive

Biweekly visits and messaging between them, so we can adjust as your body responds. This is the part that's usually missing — someone still there in week ten.

What's included

Everything that's in it

No mystery boxes. Here's exactly what the three months include.

Advanced lab testing

Testing that looks past a standard "normal" panel — ordered when it's clinically appropriate for you, and explained before anything is drawn. We go through the results together, line by line, until you actually understand your own numbers.

A lab panel does not diagnose or stage perimenopause. Testing here is for investigating what else may be contributing.

Biweekly telehealth visits

Real time with me, every two weeks, for the full three months. Not a portal message answered by someone you've never met — actual appointments, wherever you are in the states listed in the footer.

Portal access & messaging between visits

Questions don't wait politely for your next appointment. You get secure portal access and messaging in between, so you're never sitting on something for two weeks wondering if it matters.

Personalized lifestyle plan

Nutrition, movement, sleep and stress — built around the life you actually have, not the one a protocol assumes you have. Plus symptom and diet tracking so we can both see what's genuinely shifting.

20% supplement discount

On the targeted, professional-grade supplements that may support your plan. Only what's relevant to you — I'm not interested in selling you a shelf full of bottles.

Supplements are billed separately and are not included in the program cost.

Hormone therapy when it's appropriate

Considered carefully, discussed honestly, and prescribed when it's clinically right for you. It's one option among several — not the automatic answer, and not something you'll be pushed toward.

The investment

Let's talk about cost properly

We go through the full cost on your free consult — the program, what labs typically run, and supplements if they're part of your plan. All of it, before you decide anything.

I'd rather walk you through it and answer your questions than have you work it out from a page. You'll have the whole picture, in plain numbers, while you've got me on the call to ask about it.

What I can tell you now: this is self-pay. We don't bill insurance — that's exactly what makes the longer appointments and the deeper evaluation possible. HSA cards are accepted for eligible services, though eligibility varies by plan, so it's worth checking with your HSA administrator. Lab fees and supplements are billed separately.

No surprises and no line items appearing later. You'll know the full picture before you commit to anything — and there's no obligation to.

Being honest with you

Who this is — and isn't — for

I'd rather tell you now than take your money and have you find out in week six.

This is probably for you if

  • You've been told your labs are normal and you know something is off
  • You want to understand the why, not just get a prescription
  • You're willing to change some things — food, sleep, stress — not just take a pill
  • You want someone who'll actually still be there in month three

This probably isn't for you if

  • You want a guaranteed number on the scale by a certain date
  • You're looking for a quick fix or a one-visit answer
  • You need urgent or emergency care — call 911 or go to the ER
  • You're not in one of the states listed in the footer

Who you'd be working with

I've been the woman in your chair.

Eighteen years as a nurse practitioner, and then my own hormonal hot mess — the anxiety, the mood swings, the feeling of being incompetent at a job I was good at. I know what it's like to be told everything looks fine while your life quietly comes apart.

Functional medicine is what gave me my life back. That's the entire reason this program exists, and it's why I built it the way I did: enough time, enough looking, and someone who doesn't disappear after the first appointment.

Seen. Heard. Valued… I've got you.

What women ask me about the CALM Reset

How do I know if I'm a fit?

That's exactly what the free consult is for. About 30 minutes, one-on-one, no pressure. We talk through what's been going on and I'll tell you honestly whether this is right for you — including if it isn't.

What happens in the first month?

We start with your full history, then testing where it's clinically appropriate. Once results are back we go through them together and build your plan. Most women say the first appointment alone is longer than any they've had in years.

What does it cost?

We go through the full cost together on the free consult — the program itself, what labs typically run, and supplements if they end up being part of your plan. It's self-pay, we don't bill insurance, and HSA cards are accepted for eligible services. You'll have the whole picture before you decide anything, and there's no obligation.

Are labs included?

Lab fees are billed separately, as are supplements. We'll cover what those typically run when we talk, so nothing lands on you unexpectedly.

Will I definitely be put on hormone therapy?

No. It's considered when it's clinically appropriate for you, after a proper evaluation and a real conversation about the tradeoffs. Plenty of women do well without it.

Can you tell me if I'm in perimenopause from a lab?

Not reliably, and I won't pretend otherwise. Hormones fluctuate enough that a single panel can mislead. For most otherwise healthy women 45 and over, this stage is identified from age, symptoms, history and cycle changes. Testing is for investigating what else may be contributing.

What if I need to stop partway through?

Talk to me. Refunds are handled case by case depending on where you are in the program and what's been delivered — the Terms and Conditions cover the details.

Where can you see patients?

Telehealth, for women physically located in a state listed in the footer of this page at the time of service. That's a licensing rule, not a preference.

Let's find out if this is your next step.
