Do you see patients in my state?
Care is by telehealth, for women physically located in a state listed in the footer of this page at the time of service. That's a licensing rule, not a preference. If your state isn't listed, I can't provide clinical care to you at this time.
Do you take insurance?
We're a self-pay practice and don't bill insurance — that's what makes the longer appointments and the deeper evaluation possible. HSA cards are accepted for eligible services, though eligibility varies by plan, so check with your HSA administrator.
Is the consult really free?
Yes, genuinely. About 30 minutes, one-on-one, no card required and nothing to prepare. If working together makes sense I'll say so. If it doesn't, I'll say that too.
Do I need a referral?
No. Book directly.
Can you be my primary care provider?
No, and that's not what this is. Keep your primary care and your specialists — this works alongside them, not instead of them.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually a couple of business days. If it's urgent, please don't wait on email — call, or if it's an emergency, call 911.
